Data Import Assistance Service
Data Import Assistance Service is offered by File2Cart team in order to provide you with the opportunity to make the import procedure less painstaking. This means that the whole procedure will be performed by File2Cart engineers. All that is required from you in this case is to provide data file and access to your online store.
Remember that Data Import Assistance Service is not provided by default. You are to request this option by filling in Data Import Assistance Service request form.
Choose between the two options of Data Import Assistance Service depending on the urgency of the procedure:
- Standard Priority service for $99. Provided within three business days after submitting the request form, it includes the professional assistance on every stage of your Data Import.
- High Priority service for $199. This option guarantees that your Data Import will be accomplished within 24 hours after your request.
Customized Import Service
Customized Import Service is provided in case your store configurations are different from the default ones. This includes extra fields, modified code, additional categories. In case you have made any of these changes within your store, you may consider the option of Customizaton service.
Customization service means that File2Cart engineers will customize and modify your products in such a way, that all the data will be displayed properly. File2Cart Customization Service embraces the modifications of product images and categories, customization of the import procedure or any tools required for it.
- File2Cart doesn’t provide customization of such non-standard entities as news, reviews, testimonials, website content and design.
- Remember that customized import service is provided on special customer request and each inquiry is separately examined.
- The cost of customization service depends on the complexity of the task and on the time required for accomplishing it. The price of customization is not included in import cost.
